Order Confirmation

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped the following business day. You will receive an Order Confirmation email with your package’s tracking number when your items are shipped.

Shipping

Shipping options: All of the UPS shipping options are made available to you. The cost of shipping is calculated by UPS using their UPS shipping module which calculates based on weight, shipping location, and type of service (Ground, 2nd day, overnight, etc.).

International Shipping: Akhassa ships to US, Canada , Germany and UK addresses. For shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) please call customer service for rates.

Returns

We' ll gladly accept returns for any Akhassa products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account,

1. Please return the item in its original condition and use the original packaging.
2. Complete the Return Form attached to your packing slip.

You will receive a full refund to your credit card, less the original shipping and handling fees within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
